What are the payment options?
We accept all major credit card, paypal, and apple pay. We have Affirm, Afterpay, and Sezzle.
Do you sell gift cards?
We currently have e gift card.
What is your return policy?
We ask that you please read and understand our Return Policy. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns before purchasing.
DOER ONLY OFFERS STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. Please feel free to contact us directly regarding sizes or colors as we are more than happy to assist you with any questions.
Items can be returned within 14 days from the date your items are delivered. Items must be in *original condition within 14 days to receive an exchange or store credit. DISCOUNTED/ SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

NO REFUND ON CUSTOM ODERS

Please note, returns may take 2-3 business days to process from date of arrival. When returning, please securely pack and seal returned items with the invoice included in an appropriate shipping box or envelope as we are not liable for packages we do not ship ourselves. DOER does not provide shipping labels for returns. Original invoice must be in included in your return packages.
*Original condition: Items that have NOT been worn, altered or washed with all original tags attached.
What are your shipping policy?
It is important to us that you receive your order as quickly as possible. Shirts and customized items are made to order. Our production time is between 3-5 business days which does not include weekends or holidays. Orders are fulfilled once payment is made.

Please make sure you have submitted your order with the correct mailing address. We are not responsible for orders that may have an incorrect address.

Once your order has been placed in the hands of the United States Postal Service (USPS), they are responsible for delivering your order in a punctual manner. It could take 3-7 business days, depending on where you are located in the United States. We currently do not ship International orders however we do hope to ship internationally in the future. We are not able to control (USPS) delivery time frames. You will receive a tracking number for every order which can be referenced on usps.com or through your tracking confirmation email.
